Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer – Agent Specialist to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents and automated workflows. This role will focus on building AI-powered solutions for business process automation, document intelligence, compliance monitoring, analytics, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI agent frameworks, Azure AI services, workflow orchestration, and model optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents for automation, document processing, compliance monitoring, analytics, and business operations.

• Build end-to-end automated workflows integrating AI agents with enterprise applications and data sources.

• Develop and optimize multi-agent systems, reasoning frameworks, and orchestration pipelines.

• Implement prompt engineering, prompt flows, automation pipelines, and human-in-the-loop workflows.

• Execute post-training techniques such as fine-tuning, instruction tuning, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), and domain adaptation.

• Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, accuracy, reliability, safety, and compliance.

• Monitor, test, and improve AI agent performance through benchmarking and A/B testing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver AI-driven business solutions.

• Ensure AI solutions align with governance, security, and compliance requirements.

• Stay current with advancements in generative AI, agentic AI, LLMs, and automation technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.

• 6+ years of software development experience.

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI agent development and deployment.

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry or similar AI agent development platforms.

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks.

• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.

• Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms, and scalable application design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI agents and workflow automation solutions.

• Deep expertise in Azure AI services and cloud-native AI development.

• Experience with multi-agent systems, Mixture of Experts (MoE), reasoning frameworks, and orchestration architectures.

• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, workflow automation, and human-in-the-loop systems.

• Strong knowledge of fine-tuning, RLHF, instruction tuning, and model adaptation techniques.

• Experience designing evaluation frameworks, performance metrics, and benchmarking methodologies.

• Familiarity with MLOps, AI governance, model monitoring, and deployment best practices.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions.
