Profile Visibility & Privacy
- You control the visibility of your profile through your account settings
- Your personal contact details are never shared with Employers without your explicit, request-by-request consent
- Employers may view your anonymized profile and must request access to contact you
- You may accept or decline any contact request at your discretion
4. Employer Terms
As an Employer on our Platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate company information and maintain its accuracy
- Post only legitimate job opportunities with accurate descriptions
- Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Not discriminate based on protected characteristics
- Use candidate information only for recruitment purposes
- Respect job seekers' privacy and consent preferences
Job Posting Guidelines
- Job postings must be for real, current employment opportunities
- Postings must not contain misleading information about compensation, role, or requirements
- Postings must comply with all applicable labor laws
- We reserve the right to remove any posting that violates these guidelines
Contact Request Process
- Employers must submit a contact request to access job seeker details
- Contact information is only shared after explicit job seeker approval
- Employers must not contact job seekers through channels outside the approved request
- Misuse of contact information may result in account termination
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
- Post false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Platform without permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
- Use the Platform to collect personal information for unauthorized purposes
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation or goodwill

7. Payment Terms
Subscription Services
- Certain features require a paid subscription
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are quoted in the currency specified at checkout
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Refund Policy
- Refunds may be requested within 14 days of initial purchase for annual subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable
- Refunds are provided at our discretion based on usage and circumstances
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.
8. Limitation of Liability

No Employment Guarantees: We do not guarantee that job seekers will find employment or that employers will find suitable candidates. We are a platform that facilitates connections.
Third-Party Actions: We are not responsible for the actions, conduct, or content of any user or third party.
Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Exclusions: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Termination does not entitle you to refunds for prepaid subscription fees.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Fail to pay applicable fees

Effects of Termination
